Telling stories is what gets me up in the morning.
It’s also what keeps me up at night. And drives me to drink too much coffee.
Point is, I live to tell stories. Whether it’s a print ad, TV spot, email, screenplay, or a novel. Lately, I’ve been focused on telling Brand Stories as a Creative Director and Writer, which includes concepting, writing and directing advertising videos.
Resumes are boring; here are some highlights: I feel like I’ve written every kind of copywriting thing I could write. In 15 years I went from being Hagerty’s only Copywriter to Sr Copywriter to Copy Director to Creative Director and Manager. TBH, I was perfectly happy as a copywriter, but they kept promoting me. And I hate to brag, but I’ve been told I do good work (I’ve won some awards, too).
